Special Business Meeting

October 23rd, 2022 12:00pm | Community Hall Everyone is welcome to attend the GVBC Special Business Meeting on  10/23/22, however, only members will be allowed to vote for the Senior  Pastor. 

We encourage you to attend in person, as this makes member check-in go smoother. A Zoom meeting option will be offered to accommodate those unable to attend in person.

We ask that everyone takes the opportunity to read the Introductory Packet for Pastor Daniel, attend one of the Meet & Greets with Pastor Daniel, and pray for God’s leading on your vote, prior to the meeting.

A short time for open discussion and questions will be available during the meeting. However, we would like to progress to a vote in a timely manner, so please attend the Meet & Greets to have any questions answered in advance. After the vote, we will address future steps for our church.

Meeting In Person: 

-Please receive your paper ballot in person before 12pm in Room 113. We would like to begin the meeting promptly at 12pm. 

-Only members will be given a ballot to vote.  No proxy or absentee voting is allowed per the GVBC constitution. 

-Feel free to bring your children to the meeting (and bring some snacks for  your hungry people!)
