THE FORGE Men's Ministry

 "The Forge" embodies the vision of GVBC men being spiritually transformed and mutually sharpened as they pursue and embody God’s love.  A forge is a place of focused effort where raw iron is purified, shaped, and strengthened into a useful, resilient tool, directly symbolizing the ministry’s goal to "equip men to be Christlike disciples and disciple makers." This process mirrors the Biblical principle of "iron sharpens iron," where men challenge and support one another in deep relationships (to "connect" and "encourage"), ultimately resulting in men who have been refined and prepared ("equipped") to be strong "men of God" as we grow together in God’s grace.

MEN'S MINISTRY GATHERINGS

All GVBC men are invited to attend the quarterly Men's Ministry Gatherings on Saturday mornings in 2026 on:

TABLE TALK

Join GVBC men at TABLE TALK, a time for real conversation with each other to build deeper relationships. 

 

We will have a short devotional, then honest small‑group sharing and support.

2nd & 4th Saturdays of the month 

9:00 to 10:30 AM

GVBC Room 250 

​

No registration needed and all men are welcome. Just come as you are and ready to talk.

COMMUNITY GROUPS

All men are invited to join a Community Group, which is a small group that meets regularly to deeply engage in meaningful, Christ-centered relationships.  If you are interested in joining a group, please fill out the Community Group interest form or contact the leader indicated below.  The groups listed below are for men only and there are other groups available for both men and women.
