Property Ministry

The Property Ministry exists to provide a clean and maintained environment for all who enter Gardena Valley Baptist Church, the house of the Lord. We accomplish this primarily through our subcommittees and Work Days, not considering it “work” but joyful service. It is the Lord Christ you are serving.”

Serving Opportunities: 

• Property stewardship weekly meetings

• Subcommittee coordination

• Property project coordination

• Work day help (1st Saturday of the month, 8AM-12PM)

• Provide lunch for Work day

Maintenance

We provide day to day support for maintaining the property, ensuring GVBC is a safe and warm environment to worship God.

• Help lead mini-projects to find the best solutions

• Help with repairs or upgrades

Technology

Technology committee supports our church's ministries by wisely evaluating our technological needs - affordability, maintainability, and functionality.  

Serving Opportunities:

Experienced people who can provide backup as:

• Windows server administrators

• Cisco network administrators

• Troubleshooters of audio, video, network, or PC equipment.

Guest Relations Ministry

Our goal is to glorify God in all we do while assisting with the safety and security of those who attend GVBC, assisting with the needs of those who attend with the resources available, and protecting and preserving the physical campus. To achieve this goal, training is provided to those who are called to this responsibility and have successfully completed the application process, including a background check. GR members cover several different roles and responsibilities, so prime consideration is given to matching gifts and skills to assignments that best suit the primary mission.
